Addiction counseling

Individual counseling for substance use concerns, relapse prevention, accountability, recovery planning, and practical change.

Alcohol & drug evaluations

Private substance use evaluations for individuals and referral sources. Acceptance by a third party is not guaranteed.

Christian support, if requested

Faith-informed Christian support may be included only when requested by the client. It is optional and never required.

Who we serve

Flat Tops Counseling serves clients in Meeker, Rio Blanco County, and surrounding northwest Colorado communities. Telehealth is available for Colorado clients.
