Flat Tops Counseling accepts referral questions for addiction counseling, recovery support, and private substance use evaluations.

Release required
A valid Release of Information is required before Flat Tops Counseling can discuss a client’s attendance, records, assessment, evaluation, recommendations, or treatment with courts, probation, attorneys, employers, family members, medical providers, or other referral sources, unless disclosure is required or permitted by law.
